Tedial appoints sales director David Abel

Abel has held key roles with leading companies in the industry and brings a wealth of experience to Tedial where he will be working with the current and pre-sales teams to develop sales across Europe and the rest of the world.

Tedial, the provider of Media Asset Management (MAM), Hierarchical Storage Management (HSM) and Business Process Management (BPM) software, has selected David Abel as sales director. Abel has held key roles with leading companies in the industry and brings a wealth of experience to Tedial where he will be working with the current and pre-sales teams to develop sales across Europe and the rest of the world. Prior to joining Tedial, Abel was director of sales and business development at AmberFin where he set up reseller channels in EAME, Asia and The Americas. He began his broadcast career at Tektronix as Lightworks product manager, and then went on to hold sales positions at Omnibus Systems and SGL. Commenting on his appointment Abel said: “Tedial is exciting as it’s one of the most progressive companies in the market with an emphasis on delivering real business benefits to customers.
