Post production facility Picture Shop has signed a multi-year contract with Jigsaw24 Media for Avid NEXIS Storage and Media Composer Enterprise subscriptions and support.
The new deal sees Picture Shop transition to Avid’s subscription model for storage and includes technology and services across all of its facilities in the UK.
The agreement is an extension of a deal signed between the post house and Jigsaw24 Media in 2020 when the facility moved to a software subscription model for their Avid Media Composer Enterprise video editing requirements.
It includes both Avid NEXIS Storage and Media Composer Enterprise subscriptions and support. Jigsaw24 Media will also help the Picture Shop consolidate storage across its facilities in London, Manchester and Bristol with a move from Avid’s NEXIS E-series to F-series storage engines.
