O21 Television has reached an agreement with Omni TV, part of the Barcud Derwen group, to form a long term business alliance. The new deal will see both partners work closely together on other outside broadcast events with cross support during busy production periods.
As a result of Omni’s new major contract with BBC Wales to provide outside broadcast facilities across sport and general production output, O21 Television have been selected to assist in fulfilling the extensive outside broadcast requirements and will provide a newly refurbished outside broadcast truck, Unit 2, to Omni TV on a long term rental basis.

Both companies have made recent investments in their fleets with O21 launching two new high definition trucks this year with another one currently in production and Omni TV launch a new high definition truck in October.
