Dune dominates BAFTA below-the-line winners

Denis Villeneuve's sci-fi epic was the big winner across all awards at the EE BAFTAs

Denis Villeneuve’s sci-fi epic Dune was the big winner in the the technical categories at the British Academy Film Awards.

The film picked up the prizes for Cinematography, Production Design, Sound and Special Visual Effects.

Elsewhere, the technical winners were evenly spread with No Time To Die winning the Editing award, Cruella won Costume Design, and The Eyes of Tammy Faye was awarded for Makeup and Hair.

Kenneth Branagh’s Belfast was named Best British Film, while Jane Campion won the award for Best Director and her film The Power of the Dog won the Best Film award.
