TVBEurope is pleased to be joining the supporters of this year’s On Air global student broadcast.
The annual event, organised by the Media Talent Manifesto, takes place 22nd-23rd October 2026.
This year features multiple dedicated channels across Culture, News, Sport, Film and Children’s content to enable greater participation from educational establishments across the globe, driving real-time collaboration between teams operating in different territories and time zones.
TVBEurope is sponsoring the Culture Channel and will be featuring content from participants in the run-up to the event and after.
“After attending last year’s On Air, I was blown away by the amazing work from both the students and industry colleagues. I’m delighted TVBEurope is supporting such a worthwhile event with the aim of bringing new talent into the industry,” said TVBEurope content director Jenny Priestley.
Carrie Wootten, founder of MTM added: ”We’re incredibly proud to welcome TVBEurope as the sponsor of the Culture Channel for On Air. As the world’s largest student-led broadcast, On Air gives the next generation of media talent real-world experience while connecting education and industry on a global stage.
“TVBEurope’s longstanding commitment to championing innovation, skills and the people behind our industry makes them the perfect partner for On Air. Their support of the Culture Channel demonstrates a shared belief that the future of our industry depends not only on great technology, but on investing in diverse voices, fresh perspectives and emerging talent.
“Together, we’re creating opportunities for students to learn, collaborate and inspire the future of media.”
