Rise Europe is hosting Rise Women on Stage on March 9th to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026.
The event, which is being held at EVS’ offices in Liège, Belgium, will bring together leading
voices from across broadcast, media, and technology for an afternoon of insight, exchange, and industry dialogue, said the organisation.
Topics due to be discussed include leading through constant industry transformation, preparing organisations for what comes next and reaching and engaging younger audiences in a fragmented media landscape.
The panels will include speakers from the BBC, VRT, SVT and others.
“Women across media and technology are already leading transformation, innovation, and
strategic change,” said Deborah Cross, Rise operations director.
“Women on Stage is about making that leadership visible—not by talking about diversity as a separate topic, but by ensuring women are at the centre of the industry conversations that shape our future.
When we share knowledge, experience, and networks, we all gain.”
