Lawo has announced the appointment of Jamie Dunn as the company’s new chief executive officer.
Dunn takes over as CEO from Philipp Lawo, who will join the company’s supervisory board. Dunn joined the company in 2011 and has served as ‘Vorstand’ and deputy CEO since 2024.
Speaking about his appointment, he said: “Lawo’s strength has always been rooted in its people, its partnerships, its values and its commitment to innovation. I am honoured to lead the next chapter of success of this remarkable company. These are exciting times—and there are huge opportunities ahead for our company.”
According to the company, the move reflects Lawo’s commitment to strengthening corporate compliance by more clearly separating management and control functions across its governing bodies.
Michael Sonnabend, chair of Lawo’s supervisory board, said: “These changes reaffirm our confidence in Lawo’s proven management structure and the strong collaboration within the management team. This transition ensures the company’s continued stability as we look to the future.”
