Pebble has promoted director of operations Jon Briggs to chief operating officer.
Briggs began his career as a playout engineer for Omnibus Systems and held senior positions at Miranda Technologies and Grass Valley. He joined Pebble in late 2022.
He has experience of leading the teams behind the world’s first IP facility for BBC Wales in Cardiff, large-scale technology transformations such as Discovery ETT, and the world’s first 4K OB truck for BT Sports Premiership Football coverage. In his new role, Briggs will guide Pebble’s operations team, building on the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
