Dimension bolsters senior team with four new appointments

Dimension said its new hires signal its investment in creative new production techniques for feature films, episodic series, music videos and more

Virtual production studio Dimension has announced the appointment of four new members of its senior team.

Following the company’s recent partnership with DNEG and the subsequent creation of DNEG 360, the studio said its new hires signal its investment in creative new production techniques for feature films, episodic series, music videos, live events and more.

Mark Bustard and Ben Lumsden join as executive producers.

With over 20 years of experience in the live events field, Bustard’s most recently served as managing director of nvisible, the agency providing white label project management and production services for events such as Live Nation and Glastonbury Festival.

Lumsden spent six years at Epic Games, leading the use of Unreal Engine in film and episodic. He previously managed The Imaginarium Studios, and has credits including Star Wars: The Force AwakensAvengers: Age of Ultron and the Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of The Tempest.

Jo Fletcher Manawa joins Dimension as head of operations. In a career spanning the live events and film industries, she has managed stage events at venues such as Wembley and the O2, and global teams for film projects including The Lion King (2019), Prehistoric Planet and House of the Dragon.

Dimension’s fourth new hire brings George Murphy into the creative director role. Murphy, whose credits include an Oscar, BAFTA and multiple Emmys and Clios, joins the team following a thirty-year career working on film, episodic and digital media projects.
