Media solutions company MEDIAGENIX has announced the acquisition of BeBanjo, a Madrid-based company that streamlines the editorial and operational aspects of video distribution services.
The acquisition generates a broad solution portfolio combining MEDIAGENIX’s WHATS’ON Media Business Management Platform with BeBanjo’s Movida VoD-first solution, said the company.
This will enable media operators to streamline their digital content supply chain, and reinforces the capabilities of the MEDIAGENIX Group to answer the need of media operators for agile, flexible and rapidly evolving software.
Financial details of the deal have not been revealed.
