MediaCity UK makes key appointment as it aims to double its footprint

10-year £1 billion plan includes 50,000 sq m of business accommodation

MediaCity UK has announced the appointment of Chris Reay as its property director as it aims to push forward its expansion plans.

The 10-year £1 billion plan includes doubling its existing footprint which will strengthen its position at the forefront of the Smart City evolution, featuring innovation, sustainability and enhanced connectivity.

This will include 50,000 sq m of business accommodation, more than 4,000 sq m of live/work units, 1,871 residential units, and over 4,400 sq m of retail and leisure space.
