Sylvain Thevenot will continue as CEO of netgem.tv

Netgem Group has announced the appointment of Mathias Hautefort as its new chief executive officer.

Hautefort’s appointment follows Joseph Haddad’s decision to step down from the role. Haddad will continue as the company’s chairman.

Netgem Group now has three entities with “a distinct focus but a common strategy of developing ‘Services and devices for the Connected Home.'”

These are netgem.home (connected devices, Paris), netgem.tv (TV-as-a-service provider with international development, London), and Vitis (Triple Play Fibre ISP with TV content in France).

Sylvain Thevenot will continue as CEO of netgem.tv.

Mathias Hautefort has demonstrated, in the Group and before, his ability to develop service activities at the intersection of technology, media and telecoms. His appointment significantly strengthens the transformed Group’s ability to return to growth,” said Joseph Haddad, chairman, CEO and co-founder of Netgem.
