ARRI acquires lighting company Clay Paky

The company's products are used across film, television and theatre, including the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest

ARRI is expanding its lighting capabilities for motion picture and live entertainment with the acquisition of lighting company Clay Paky.

Clay Paky’s brand, setup, staff and location will remain as is following the sale. Financial details of the acquisition have not even revealed.

Over 400 Claypaky fixtures were used at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest

The company’s products are used across film, television and theatre, as well as shops, theme parks and more.
