Datavideo is showing its PTC-150 HD/SD video camera, a PTZ unit that can be mounted on a wall, ceiling, floor, or a tabletop, and which includes an IR remote control.
The camera is equipped with a 1/2.8-inch image sensor with 1080p output resolution at 60 frames per second. It sports a 30x optical zoom lens and an IP protocol gives users control over the camera through a LAN connection.
The PTC-150 is designed specifically for lecture recording, conference meetings, religious events and automated studios. According to Datavideo, the position tracking function is able to output frame accurate PTZ position in real time. With a big tally light, 3G 1080p50/60 resolution, and 2m pixels, the company claimed the PTC-150 could satisfy applications that require high image quality”.
The camera lists for $3000.
