Debut Bellator Champions Series uses satellite, fibre and IP for transmission workflow

The live event delivery division of Nextologies, 10TX provides pre-production, transmission and worldwide distribution services for the global MMA organisation

10TX has announced its team provided worldwide transmission services for the debut of the Bellator Champions Series, broadcast live from Belfast on March 22.

The live event delivery division of Nextologies, 10TX provides pre-production, transmission and worldwide distribution services for the global MMA organisation, with additional services including onsite support, utilisation of multiple delivery modes (including satellite, fibre and IP routings) and full-service monitoring to ensure quality control.

Transmission workflow included satellite, fibre, IP and an installation of Nextologies’ edge devices at Warner Bros Discovery (WBD), delivering the event to Max, exclusive streaming partners for the new series, an American mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion.

Traditional fibre and satellite delivery were complemented by digital versions of the event, created and transmitted via both the 10TX/Nextologies Las Vegas and Toronto-based broadcast operations centres.
