One Connxt is using IBC2015 to display its 4K/Ultra HD realtime video transport solution, showing “commitment to the future of IP broadcasting and 4K Ultra HD”, according to CEO Dave Almstead.
Chris Lavin CTO, One Connxt, explained further, “High quality 4K/UHD, HD and SD IP-based transport is now reliable, stable and economical with One Connxt. Our IP transport expertise extends from conventional point-to-point, to the most complex point-to-multipoint transport needs, easily integrating with TV Anywhere providers to allow delivery of worldwide content. [This is] for distribution economically into all markets, removing the financial barrier to entry for the smaller to medium content licensors. For traditional or larger broadcasters, we provide a broadcast quality solution to content aggregators that is quickly and easily deployed removing the previous long wait for expensive fibre installations.”
