A new 4K/Ultra HD on-camera LCD monitor with 3D LUT support has been released by Swit. The 7-inch S-1073H LCD panel has 1920×1200 resolution, and supports 3G-SDI and HDMI input/loop output. It offers 4K 50p/60p monitoring and 3D LUT camera Log to Rec.709 conversion.
The existing 17.3-inch S-1173, 21.5-inch S-1223 and 23.8-inch S-1243 studio monitors have also received a firmware upgrade to support 17x17x17 3D LUT colour calibration and Log conversion, and can handle S-log2, S-log3, C-log, Log-C, V-log and J-log1 to Rec.709 conversion.
Swit has also introduced a new, longer-range 5GHz panel receiver for wireless HD transmission.
Where existing systems have a range of up to 700m, the new 17° directional panel antenna can extend transmission distance range in any given environment by up to 50 per cent, with strongly improved stability and transmission reliability, according to the company.
It has a built-in wireless receiver that can work with all Swit wireless transmitters, and also features a four-pin Lemo DC input and dust-proof switchgear.
