The BBC has secured the most Royal Television Society (RTS) Programme Awards nominations with over half of the total 2019 nominations, while Sky has received eight, its most to date.
Picking up 47 out of the total 81 RTS nominations, the BBC is competing in the best Live Event category for its Royal Wedding coverage alongside The Real Full Monty Live (ITV) and Glyndebourne Opera Cup (Sky Arts).
Sky Sports picked up a nomination for Best Sports Programme with the 2018 Ryder Cup, alongside MOTD 2018 World Cup: Quarter Final – England v Sweden (BBC One) and Winter Paralympic Games (Channel 4).
Meanwhile the nominees for RTS Channel of the Year are BBC One, CBeebies and Channel 5.
The winners will be announced at the RTS Programme Awards Ceremony on 19th March at The Grosvenor Hotel, hosted by Shappi Khorsandi.
