OTT content distribution platform Airbeem has announced the appointment of Steve Plunkett to its board of directors.
Plunkett will advise the company on its technical growth and strategy, while Tim Clement takes on the role of sales vice-president.
Plunkett, who previously served as CTO at Ericsson Broadcast and Media, has over two decades of experience in the media, telecoms and internet industries.
Clement’s previous roles include director of customer success at Comcast Technology Solutions and director of sales engineering for Ooyala.
Airbeem CEO Steve Hardman said: “Both Steve and Tim bring real industry knowledge helping our clients plan and devise OTT services that will attract and keep audiences engaged in their service.
“Steve’s insight into future technology developments, particularly around the delivery of OTT content, will be invaluable to Airbeem.
