NEP Europe has announced the appointment of David Rees as the new MD of NEP Connect.
Over more than two decades in the industry, Rees has collaborated with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations, including Serie A, the Bundesliga, UEFA, the J League, Premiership Rugby, and EPCR.
In his most recent role, Rees served as head of outside broadcast for DAZN, leading on host broadcast strategy for the company’s expansion into emerging markets. Succeeding interim MD, Vince Russell, he will report to NEP Europe’s EVP, Arjan van Westerloo.
Russell, who has been thanked by the company, will remain with NEP Connect during the transition period to ensure a smooth handover process.
