Timeline Television has announced the appointment of James Poole as the company’s new OB unit manager.
Poole has over a decade of experience planning and delivering Outside Broadcast and Flyaway productions for TV, live events, cinema and streaming, including working on FIFA Women’s World Cup, Amazon Prime’s tennis coverage and cinema broadcasts of theatre.
“I’m delighted to be joining Timeline TV at a key time in the company’s expansion. As well as being a market-leading provider of UHD HDR outside broadcasts facilities, Timeline is now also established as the go-to technical partner for remote production, and I’m excited to join the exceptionally talented team there,” said Poole.
Timeline has recently won a number of projects including SailGP, Formula E, BBC Tennis, Athletics and a number of football contracts.
