The Twofour Group has merged Boomerang, Twofour Wales and Indus to form a single label under the Boomerang brand.
The new company will be led by managing director Matt Pritchard, who was previously group director of development for Twofour.
Sam Grace (The Choir, The Apprentice) has been appointed as director of programmes, following his position as executive producer for Cardiff-based Twofour Wales.
Andrew MacKenzie, chief creative officer of the Twofour Group, said, “We believe that by creating one strong label in Cardiff we can supercharge the production community in Wales and build an outstanding company.
“Matt Pritchard is acknowledged as the one of the most creative minds in our industry.
Boomerang will focus on producing factual entertainment, popular factual, documentary and sports entertainment from its Cardiff base.
