With over 1,150 exhibitors and 63,000 attendees from 160+ countries, there’s going to be lots going on at the 2025 NAB Show. TVBEurope takes a look at 10 things to see and do during this year’s event.

NAB heads to space

Defying Gravity

Marvellous magicians
Renowned magicians Penn Jillette and Teller will be presented with the Television Chairman’s Award on Tuesday morning. The duo are being honoured for their “groundbreaking” contribution to television, as part of NAB Show’s We Are Broadcasters session.

NAB Daily
While you’re out and about on the show floor, make sure to pick up a copy of the NAB Daily. Published on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, it is NAB Show’s official daily newspaper and packed full of news as well as insightful features on some of the show’s big themes. The Preview issue is available to read here.
Best of Show Awards
One of the highlights for the TVBEurope team (and in fact all of Future’s participating brands) remains announcing the winners of our Best of Show at NAB 2025 Awards. There’s nothing quite like seeing the look of joy that spreads across the winners’ faces. It’s also great to see the nominee placards on display as we’re dashing around to meetings. Look out for them while you’re at the show on Sunday and Monday, and we’ll be revealing all of the winners early next week.
#GALSNGEAR is 10!
#GALSNGEAR, which aims to seek parity for women in the technology, media and entertainment industry, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special half-day conference as part of the 2025 NAB Show. Taking place on Tuesday, it aims to equip women in media and entertainment with tools for career resilience, financial empowerment, and leadership growth.

The business of entertainment
On Sunday and Monday, NAB Show’s Business of Entertainment track will see some of Hollywood’s top dealmakers, executives and creatives come together to break down the forces shaping media and entertainment today. Topics under discussion include the impact of artificial intelligence, technology and the future of storytelling, and navigating opportunities in uncertain times.
No Central Hall this year!
Don’t forget, Central Hall is closed this year so if you’re navigating between halls, make sure to give yourself plenty of time.
