TiVo has released a new, fully-integrated personalised content discovery platform.
The new platform has been designed to provide video operators with “the most comprehensive suite” of content discovery features that combine TiVo’s voice search with personalised search and recommendations. The platform also features analytics capabilities that enable operators to conduct A/B testing, giving operators the ability to optimise their operations in real-time.
The voice search brings up “highly-relevant” personalised search results, highlighting the top ten programmes that the viewer is most likely to be interested in, based on their viewing behaviour and interests.
The platform also supports contextual voice queries, which allow users to easily narrow down results within a specific context, such as searching by actor or genre.
