SKO certifies Conviva analytics for Dutch reporting

Conviva’s Intelligent Control Platform received official certification from SKO and will be used to arm broadcasters, advertisers and content delivery network providers with realtime quality and audience metrics available for SKO's internet audience census data.

Conviva’s Intelligent Control Platform received official certification from SKO – the television audience measurement service in the Netherlands – and will be used to arm broadcasters, advertisers and content delivery network providers with realtime quality and audience metrics available for SKO’s internet audience census data.

The Conviva Control Platform processes billions of streams every month across devices worldwide to gather global performance intelligence. This data collection allows the company to visualise what is taking place across the wider Internet.

To qualify for certification, technical specification checkups and live tests are performed to examine comparability between census data sources, guarantee the quality of the data and determine whether the measuring systems meet demands.

“By certifying Conviva, we have expanded the range of measuring solutions that our participants can use to measure online video,” said Bas de Vos, director of SKO. “Certification enables us to stimulate market reporting about online TV and video.”
