Preschool learning and entertainment app Hopster will be included in Roku’s new premium subscription service.
As a launch partner, Hopster will offer Roku users its award-winning, ad-free children’s service via the The Roku Channel’s mobile app.
Families will be able to start a seven-day free trial of the Hopster service using their existing Roku account information.
Hopster commercial director Claire Hunter Gregson said: “The Roku Channel is one of the most-watched channels on the Roku platform so we couldn’t be more excited to be a launch partner in its expansion.
“We are thrilled to be able to offer families an easy way to access our beloved educational preschool content and to make it as seamless to start a trial and subscribe to our service as possible.
“Our mission is to help parents keep their youngsters amazed with educational shows, original animations, fun children’s music and books wherever they are. We hope that the great user experience that The Roku Channel offers will help families to find and enjoy our hand-selected content be it at home, or on the go,” she added.
