Eurosport has launched its Eurosport Virtual Reality (VR) app ahead of this year’s Roland Garros.

The app will allow fans to access “new and innovative” VR sports content.

During Roland Garros, daily highlights of the best matches and behind-the-scenes footage will be provided in 360 degrees.

The app is available on iOS, Android and Oculus devices, and will provide 360-degree on-court views during exclusive player interviews.

Peter Hutton, Eurosport CEO, said, “We continually strive to deliver new and exciting ways for fans to immerse themselves in world class sport.

“Using innovative production technologies, the Eurosport VR app will transport fans right to the heart of the action and bring them closer than ever to their heroes.”
