Eurofins Digital Testing is joining forces with Samsung Electronics to build a new HbbTV testing centre in Bristol.
The centre will be responsible for testing and validating HbbTV Applications provided by app developers, such as broadcasters, and will work with developers to define the scope of the testing required.
Samsung will provide the initial TV platforms for conducting the compatibility tests with plans to include more devices in due course, including those from other manufacturers.
