UK children’s OTT service Azoomee has employed Ostomdern’s end-to-end video delivery and content management platform Skylark as it looks to grow internationally
The Skylark platform allows Azoomee to quickly launch the service onto new platforms and in different languages.
According to Ostmodern, Skylark makes it possible for Azoomee’s team to “stitch together and rationalise different types of content” to offer more tailored recommendations and introduce a simple way for the editorial team to localise content for the first time.
“We’re delighted to be using Skylark as Azoomee’s content management system,” said Douglas Lloyd, founder, Azoomee. “Skylark brings a number of exciting new capabilities to our service as we continue our mission to keep children safe and entertained online. Azoomee has a library of 1000s of videos, games and audiobooks and, because we add new content every week, using the right CMS is absolutely critical to us. With Skylark, we are also well prepared to expand internationally in the near future.”
“Skylark powers the future of user experience where design delivers sustainable return on investment” added Stuart Ferreira-Cole, commercial director, Ostmodern. “Skylark allows content owners to bring a mix of media, whether that is video, articles, music or games into a single editorial platform. Skylark has put a framework in place for Azoomee to quickly adapt to its user’s behaviours, increased interactivity and the ability to personalise that experience across any device or platform.”
Azoomee is currently available on iOS, Android and Amazon.
