Apple TV+ is expected to offer limited downloads for offline viewing.
According to MacRumors, strings of code in macOS Catalina suggest a “download limit” for TV shows on the platform.
Downloading shows for offline play is available on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, although neither service had this option at launch.
Due to launch by November, the streaming service is also predicted to restrict simultaneous viewing on different screens, although Apple could offer more flexibility on premium pricing tiers.
