VSC Design has installed a further ingest system for television advertising industry workflow provider Adstream at its new centre in Athens.
VSC Design delivered the system, the company’s fourth installation for Adstream, direct to Athens and provided fast installation and integration.
VSC Managing Director, Martyn Hales, said: “Adstream is an important customer for VSC and it’s always nice when customers ask for a more of the same – it’s a good indication you’re getting it right.”
Adstream already has broadcast connections in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Romania, The Netherlands and the UK. The company has managed over two million advertising assets last year across 92 countries.
After a strict quality control process, TV commercials are delivered at the optimum quality required to the broadcaster, including 50i. They are delivered direct into broadcast systems using dedicated satellite and fibre lines. Monitoring over 12 months shows an average Digital Express Delivery of less than 1 hour and a Standard Service average of 2 hours.
