Veset has announced its Cloud playout platform Veset Nimbus is now interoperable with Amazon CloudFront, AWS Elemental MediaLive, AWS Elemental MediaStore, and AWS Elemental MediaConnect.
It means content owners will be able to efficiently create linear channels and deliver them to vMVPD and OTT platforms including Roku, Hulu, Samsung, Amazon Prime, and others. By leveraging AWS Media Services, Veset said Nimbus now provides a comprehensive one-stop platform for linear channel origination and distribution, covering the entire linear channel workflow from content ingest, MAM, playout, encoding, to CDN and feeds delivery infrastructure.
