Quickplay has formed a strategic partnership with You.i TV.
The joint venture is designed to enable pay-TV operators and content programmers to build custom multi-screen applications.
The companies will combine their workflows to provide a multi-tenant platform powered by Quickplay’s virtual headend, combined with a front-end user interface for OTT video across connected devices.
You.i Engine’s front-end solution is designed to remove the complexity of building custom multi-screen applications by outputting a single codebase that can be used to build and maintain interactive interfaces.
