Panasonic will showcase its full range of professional broadcast products spanning Full-HD 3D capture, 3D post production and 3D display plus it’s heavily acclaimed Full-HD camera equipment at BVE 2011.

“As the largest show of its kind in the UK, BVE represents an important means for Panasonic to engage with our distributors, manufacturers and resellers from across the broadcast video industry” commented Adrian Clark, General Manager of Panasonic AVSE. “BVE is our platform to highlight our advanced camera technology, including the AG-3DA1 fully integrated Full-HD 3D camera recorder and AG-AF101 4/3” AVCCAM, the first professional micro 4/3-inch video camcorder optimised for high-definition video recording. In addition visitors to the Panasonic stand can try our affordable, second generation AG-HPX371 P2HD AVC-Intra camera recorder plus the compact shoulder mounted P2HD AVC-Intra AJ-HPX3100.”

Offering solutions that assist broadcast professionals at every stage of the content creation and production process, Panasonic will show the 25.5-inch 3D LCD production monitor with full 1920 x 1200 resolution – BT-3DL2550 – which provides true-to-life colour in a durable, production-tough LCD panel package. Completing the end- to-end 3D demonstration, Panasonic will also show its award winning TH-103VX200 103” Full-HD 3D plasma display with an interactive U-Touch touch screen overlay solution exhibiting Sky 3D interactive content.

Panasonic’s remote camera system, the Compact 50 Series, will also be shown on the Panasonic stand. The small and versatile AW-HE50H, Full-HD MOS pan-tilt cameras delivers production quality HD/SD footage with outstanding image quality and partnering AW-RP50 remote camera controller and AW-HS50 compact live switcher means the series is easily integrated for applications in business conferences, auditoriums with audience participation and other areas of professional broadcast.

Our end-to-end 3D capability and Full-HD display technology is helping to extend the reach of video to an ever growing number of applications. BVE allows us to demonstrate this and to show how our technology makes it easier for professionals to create, manage and deliver content in ways that suit them.”
