NetRange selects Paywizard for global subscriber management

NetRange has chosen Paywizard to power subscriber management for its pay-TV and TVoD customers. NetRange has chosen Paywizard to power subscriber management for its pay-TV and TVoD customers. Available in over 96 countries, NetRange provides smart TV applications and services, working with broadcasters, sports leagues, kids and fitness content providers, music portals, as well as VoD services and other video companies.

NetRange required a system that could deliver subscriber management and cope with the number of merchants on its platform. With Paywizard Agile, NetRange can support its subscribers and content providers, enabling them to sell their own content.

“Viewers today want to be able to view a range of content in one place, but don’t want to go through the hassle of signing-up and paying every time they want to watch something different. For us, being able to support content providers, and provide subscribers with a hassle-free service, is our number one priority,” said Jan Wendt, CEO of NetRange. “Paywizard is a recognised leader in pay-TV subscription management and understood the challenge of having multiple content providers on our platform. NetRange hopes to use Agile to attract new subscribers and retain and up-sell existing ones. In addition to subscriber management, the Agile platform will allow NetRange to support more than one content provider during the setup, selling and reporting of their respective subscriptions. Subscribers will be able to buy content on the NetRange platform without having to re-register each time they want to buy content from a different provider.
