Mediapro has announced the successful production and distribution of 10 simultaneous matches in the penultimate round of La Liga.
The company deployed 1,000 staff and 10 mobile units, backed by technical support from Overon, to simultaneously broadcast 20 complementary signals and 8 additional channels to customers both in Spain and around the world.
The Barcelona production centre took on 30 additional commentators in both English and Spanish, and doubled the number of graphics stations required for a normal round.
Mediapro also delivered a single signal with commentary in both languages, featuring the best moments from each match in order for viewers to watch highlights from the round without having to change the channel.
