Avid has bundled NewBlue Titler Pro 1.0 with Media Composer 7. Media Composer 7 was built on an open media platform, allowing Avid to work with developers and continually make enhancements to the nonlinear video editing solution. Media Composer 7 with NewBlue Titler Pro now provides titles within any creative project, enabling users to create 2D and 3D titles.
Titler Pro 1.0 includes drag-and-drop animations, allowing the user to apply visual effects without manual keyframing. The 3D environment provides 3D space to move both 2D and 3D elements. All of NewBlue’s effects and transitions can be applied directly to titles to stretch, paint, glow and shake titles. Titler Pro 2.0 is now available, with features including 3D custom bevels, multiple light sources and true motion blur. A simple interface and new styles and animations aim to enliven the users’ production.
