Ascent Media UK has integrated AmberFin’s iCR encoding and repurposing tool into its content management systems. The facility is one of the first adopters of iCR.
Amberfin’s software, originally developed at Snell & Wilcox, will enable the facility to cost effectively manage, encode and repurpose new and archived content across many industry standards, creating superior quality content in the format the customer requires.

Significantly Ascent is able to repurpose digital file-based content back onto standard definition tape – something that can only be achieved using AmberFin iCR.
