Amazon’s Cloud business AWS has reported a 37 per cent growth in Q2 2019, down from 49 per cent during the corresponding period in 2018.
However, the company has seen its revenues grow from $6.105 billion to $8.381 billion.
AWS accounted for 13 per cent of the Amazon’s total income this quarter, making it the company’s most profitable division.
Amazon itself reported lower than expected earnings at $2.6 billion, however the company’s revenue reached $63.4 billion, up from $52.9 billion a year ago.
