Virgin Media launches new TV platform

Virgin TV 360 includes all the top TV channels as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and BBC iPlayer, which are all available in 4K Ultra High Definition and HDR.

Virgin Media has launched a new TV platform that includes a new Mini box, new TV remote with voice control and smart new features which it says offer a fully integrated, voice activated and personalised service.

Virgin TV 360 includes all the top TV channels as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and BBC iPlayer, which are all available in 4K Ultra High Definition and HDR.

The new STB allows viewers to record six programmes at the same while watching a seventh, watch on demand programmes and live TV in one room, pause and continue in another room via the Virgin TV 360 box or a Mini box.

Virgin 360 TV features include voice search and control, family profiles and the ability to restart live programmes. The Mini boxes enable viewers to simultaneously watch different programmes in different rooms.
