The Africa Channel has selected Simplestream’s App Platform to power its relaunched global SVoD service, Demand Africa.
Demand Africa is available across a wide range of platforms including a new website, iOS and Android devices, TVOS and FireTV. It allows subscribers to download content for offline viewing and also offers continue watching so viewers can pick up where they left off on any device.
Simplestream’s App Platform is a fully managed, end-to-end solution to monetise premium content across devices, supporting a range of monetisation models.
