Nagravision is adding Evergent’s customer management and monetisation capabilities to its streaming partner ecosystem.
According to the company, adding Evergent to its OpenTV Video Platform partner ecosystem directly addresses users need for multi-service entertainment offerings that deliver personalised immersive watch and play experiences.
The addition also means the platform can support use cases such as segmented offers and consumer targeting, thanks to Evergent’s flexible subscription and customer management solution, said Nagravision.
The OpenTV Video Platform enables operators to offer customised experiences based on a range of channels, apps and services. It uses gamification and AI-powered recommendations to deliver individual subscriber preferences.
