3SS, ContentWise aim to redefine personalisation through AI and machine learning

ContentWise’s UX Engine is being integrated with 3Ready Control Centre, 3SS’ UX management and optimisation platform

Set-top-box solutions company 3 Screen Solutions (3SS) and UX technologists ContentWise have formed a partnership to employ artificial intelligence and machine learning to transform UX personalisation possibilities.

The two companies are combining their complementary technologies to create what they describe as a highly capable joint solution. ContentWise’s UX Engine is being integrated with 3Ready Control Centre, 3SS’ UX management and optimisation platform.

The solution will use a combination of AI-informed personalisation, proven UX optimisation, and automation, to create an operator-centric set of capabilities and toolset that “can transform the UX and galvanise the operator-subscriber relationship”.

It will help operators’ marketing teams and business planners achieve their business objectives, increase viewer engagement, grow revenues and reduce churn, said the partners.
