Vizrt welcomes two new members to the TriCaster family

The new solutions provide both entry-level and flagship options in response to customer demand, said Vizrt

Vizrt has announced two additions to its TriCaster product range.

TriCaster Vizion has been launched as the range-topping solution, providing a live production hub engineered to meet the demands of sports networks, broadcasters and live event producers, said the company.

The solution includes configurable Matrox SDI I/O, IP connectivity and TriCaster Graphics powered by Viz Flowics. AI-driven automation enables production teams to concentrate on higher value tasks.

Commenting on the launch, Ulrich Voigt, global head of product management at Vizrt, said, “TriCaster Vizion is the hub of a complete digital media production ecosystem. It’s built to understand the needs of media production, which are constantly evolving. In fact, TriCaster Vizion was devised from the demands and conversations with the TriCaster user community. The result is a live production system that empowers users to push creative boundaries, streamline workflows, and deliver the content they envision.”

The company has also unveiled its software-based TriCaster Mini S. Designed as an entry-level product for content creators and smaller productions, the solution offers IP connectivity, 4Kp60 streaming and also features integrated TriCaster Graphics powered by Viz Flowics.

TriCaster Mini S enables users to select any approved hardware via a software download, providing live video switching, virtual sets, special effects, audio mixing, recording and more, said the company.

“TriCaster Mini S is equipped to bring you everything needed to start your live production journey,” added Voigt. “It also puts the choice in your hands: choose your hardware, then you’re set to create, produce, and stream your stories, your way.”
