TVU Networks is adding new functionality to its TVU Anywhere solution that enables it to support Centre Stage, a new iPad Pro (M1 Chip models) feature that automates subject tracking.
According to the company, this kind of technology means productions no longer require a camera operator, complicated workflows, or purpose-built broadcast hardware.
The integration means that TVU Anywhere uses artificial intelligence to track a subject as they move around a shot. The camera can automatically zoom out to include a possible interviewee in shot and then zoom back in again once the interview is complete.
Centre Stage is fully Integrated with TVU Anywhere via API, so no external controls are required.
