Spanish broadcaster RTVE is employing AEQ XPEAK IF interfaces as a link between the Intercom systems installed at the broadcast centres of both major sports events taking place in Europe this summer.
In total, RTVE aired 51 matches from Euro 2024, and the broadcaster is providing viewers with 400 hours of content from Paris.
The Xpeak_IF interface bi-directionally interfaces the Xpeak intercom system to four external audio feeds, in analogue, USB digital, or IP Dante/AES67 formats, said AEQ.
It can work with camera or PA systems, RF intercoms, sound consoles, and adds 4 GPI and 4 GPO to the system.
