France Télévisions is employing eight remote robotic heads from multiCAM for its coverage of this year’s tennis grand slam event in Paris.
Two robotic heads from the multiCAM Spirit range have been installed on the event’s main court — one at the player entrance and another just under the umpire’s chair.
One head robotic head has also been installed on the other show court, one on another court for close-ups of the action, and one on court 14 for the main camera. A further three heads have been installed in the main compound of the event.
Along with the robotic heads, France Télévisions is using multiCAM PILOT camera manager in the TV studio at the venue.
The cameras and lenses being used by the multiCAM systems have been chose by France Télévisions.
