Gravity Media is working with Dubai-based company 7 Production to provide locally-based OB facilities for international rights and non-rights holders ahead of the FIFA World Cup starting this November.
Both companies are offering the use of 4K and HD truck-based facilities including Gravity Media’s six camera HD OB vehicle with DSNG capability, as well as the addition of international and locally-based crew.
Gravity said the team based in its office in Qatar, Doha will be able to work closely with broadcasters during the event.
For the World Cup, 7 Production will have four medium and large sized HD/4K outside broadcast trucks, the smallest being 12+ cameras. available for use. All trucks have SNG capability for live transmission along with specialist ENG, 4G and remote cameras, said the company.
