Grabyo and Lingopal have entered a strategic partnership to bring real-time localisation to
cloud production.
With an increase in demand for real-time localisation driven by rights holders expanding their global distribution, numerous sports organisations are adopting voice AI to increase reach, offering multiple languages to meet regional preferences for dubbing and captioning, said the companies.
Delivering sub-20 second latency, Lingopal’s platform provides resilient translation streams and accurate dubbing to support both live broadcasts and editorial workflows. The collaboration enables Grabyo users to add multi-language support across live broadcasts, social video and digital programming with no requirement for additional infrastructure. Reducing manual workflows and costs, the solution enables users to expand distribution into new territories, improving accessibility for viewers and allowing for rapid testing of multi-language formats, said the partners.
The companies aim to collaborate on joint go-to-market activities, technical solutions and services while exploring pilot opportunities to demonstrate the impact of real-time localisation and gather market data. The integration provides Graybo users with a route from live production to multi-language delivery within a cloud-native platform, added the company.
“Global audiences expect content in their own language, at the same quality as the original broadcast. We already support multi-language workflows for remote commentary across our platform, and partnering with Lingopal allows us to take this capability even further. By adding advanced, real-time translation and dubbing into the production workflow, we can help rights-holders reach more fans, grow new markets and make broadcasts more accessible without adding operational complexity,” said Gareth Capon, CEO, Grabyo.
Chase Levitt. Lingopal’s VP sales, added, “Content creators are moving faster than ever, and localisation needs to keep up. Our partnership with Grabyo brings accurate, real-time translation and dubbing directly into the production workflow, making multi-language output simpler and more scalable for teams of any size. We are excited to work with Grabyo to help organisations reach wider audiences and deliver truly global experiences.”
