Adding to its range of studio control and audio processing products, Wheatstone Corporation is introducing an all-new tabletop IP control surface, several IP audio products, and an updated spectral audio processor this week.

Products being showcased at IBC include Wheatstone’s WheatNet-IP audio-over-IP studio routing system and its analogue and digital control surfaces, consoles and mixers; the LX-24, the latest Wheatstone IP control surface that combines the best of a traditional board layout with extreme AoIP networkability; the Aura8-IP eight-channel audio processor, for sound sculpting on tap anywhere in the studio; and a MADI bridge to IP audio routing.

What’s more, the upgrade of spectral audio processor AirAura to version 2.0 creates a virtual subwoofer in the 40Hz-90Hz range that is suited for CHR and Urban programmers.

Also new is its Speech Smart technology to manage the multiband AGC and compressor to keep speech sounding clean and natural. AirAura 2.0 features many new presets, all fully adjustable, to help broadcasters find their station’s perfect signature sound.
